CABS: Child & Baby-Sitting Safety Class
The Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program from the American Safety and Health Institute provides everything you need to know for safe and successful babysitting. The students will receive their certification card and instructions to access a digital copy of the Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) Student book at the end of class. Topics cover everything from getting started with your business to collaborating with parents and children, safety, safe sleep practices, caregiving, emergencies, and basic first aid. CABS will help set you up for babysitting success. Students must be present for the entire class and complete the core learning objectives to receive certification valid for two years. Students attend this class independently and should come prepared with a notebook and pen. -
Drone Racing
Students will learn how to fly like the pros in the Drone Racing League by training on a flight simulator. Once they learn the basics of flying, they’ll assemble their very own drone which they can optionally purchase during the camp. After learning drone safety and maintenance, students will take their drone to the skies and compete in numerous races and challenges. Led by experienced instructors, students will leave camp with the skills and knowledge to pilot their drones and keep them running. The drones used in camps have cameras, and are perfect for entry level pilots. -
First Ballet Class
Ages 3 - 8 (This is a separating class meaning you and your child will be in different areas during class time) Is your tiny dancer already twirling her way through your home? This class for ages 3 to 8 will offer her a chance to refine her dancing, express herself through movement, and meet friends who love the same thing she does! This class includes beginner ballet movements, overall body strengthening, clean music, original choreography, an enthusiastic teacher, and a performance for mom and dad on the last day! -
Home Alone
Is your child ready for the independence of being home alone? Parents need to be sure their children have the skills and maturity to handle the responsibility safely. Whether for an hour after school or several hours a day during the summer, being trusted to be home alone can be a positive experience for a mature and well-prepared child. This class for children will address several topics relating to being “Home Alone,” including age guidelines, safe habits, house rules, after-school routines, phone calls and door knocks, dog emergencies, personal safety, handling the unexpected, gun safety, severe weather, fire safety, intruders, and first aid tips. Students attend this class independently and parents are encouraged to review the information and discuss it with their child/children after class. -

ZEBCO School of Fish
The ZEBCO School of Fish is a 2 ½-hour kids fishing class open to kids (and adults!) from 1st grade and up taught by pro angler and Fishing the Midwest TV show host Mike Frisch. Students learn about lakes, finding fish in those lakes, and some great ways to catch them. They also learn to tie a fishing knot and rig and use a slip-bobber setup. Kids will get: - ZEBCO Rod and Reel - School of Fish Hat or T-shirt - Tackle Box and Tackle - School of Fish full color workbook **One adult is invited to attend with a child at no additional charge, provided they share one equipment packet. Most importantly, however, graduates leave class with the knowledge, skills, and equipment to go fishing!
