Always wanted to learn to refresh your Spanish? This class focuses on building conversational skills through interactive practice. Topics include greetings, pronunciation, numbers, food, clothing, and basic grammar. You’ll engage in small conversations and explore cultural insights like word origins and dialects. Zoom access and basic computer skills required.

You have seen it on social media and now learn for yourself! WCS is THE most versatile dance in the world: Top 40, Pop, Country, Rick, Classic Rock, R&B, Soul, Disco, Rap, Hip Hop, Blues, Latin, virtually any music! WCS is a pedestrian dance and if you can walk you can dance! Students will learn the basics to enjoy the fastest growing social dance in the world. The focus will be on learning the 3 foundation patterns of Passes, Pushes and Whips. We will also cover the basic concepts of musicality, musical timing and dancing with confidence. WCS is an all-ages dance that has a wonderful focus on social interaction, flexibility, communication and FUN! Upon completion, the class will have a voluntary trip to attend a WCS social dance on a Friday night sponsored by local Twin Cities WCS communities. Instructors hope dancers will look to enjoy WCS “in the wild” and class participants meet at local area live music events to enjoy dancing socially. Wear any slick bottom shoes (Ladies no high heels over 1’ & tennis shoes are okay, but not optimal) The instructor wants to see if Tuesday nights work better or Thursday nights work better. So when signing up please sign up for the night class that works best for you. The one that has the most people will be the class that runs. (So if there are more people signed up for the Tuesday night class, then the Thursday night class will be cancelled. If there are more people signed up in the Thursday night class then the Tuesday night class will be cancelled.)

This beginner class, based on the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP), concentrates on range and safety rules, fundamentals of archery, and scoring. Fun events will be taught using the Genesis bow equipment. Equipment is provided. Beginner’s Archery is a requirement for archers wanting to join the team. For children ages birth to 5 years old, not yet in kindergarten and their family Can’t make a daytime class? Well, this is the class for you. The first half of the class will be parent/child interaction time. This includes fun games, art, circle time and so much more! During the second half, children will stay in the room with a licensed Early Childhood Teacher while the parents share joys and concerns with other parents. The discussion group is led by a licensed Parent Educator. Parents will be given the opportunity to learn from each other’s experiences and discuss common topics that you come across when raising children. Sibling care is offered FREE of charge. Please remember to register them when registering your child.

This class for ages 3.5 to 8 will offer her a chance to refine her dancing, express herself through movement, and meet friends who love the same thing she does! This class includes beginner ballet movements, overall body strengthening, clean music, original choreography, an enthusiastic teacher, and a performance for mom and dad on the last day!

Flag Football: DASH Sports flag football camps provide players with a well-rounded football experience in a little to no contact safe environment. Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, & Defense will be taught & practiced, & players will be grouped & challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment. Camp ends with a scrimmage the final day. Athletes should bring a water bottle (spikes/cleats & mouthguards are optional). Football & flag belts are provided.

Experience the excitement of football in a safe, non-contact setting! Our Flag Football Tykes camp teaches the fundamentals of passing, catching, rushing, and defense through skill-based drills and fun games. We provide the footballs and flag belts - all you need is a water bottle and athletic shoes (cleats optional). Parent Participation: Required for ages 2-3!
