Kids Town Before & After School Care Program 2026-2027
Registration will open on Monday, August 3rd, 2026 and close on Monday, August 31st, 2026
Current families have first priority, and then if there is room we will accept new families!
You will fill out the registration and then if your contract is accepted you will get a confirmation email stating your child has been accepted
The Milaca Kids Town School Year Program provides care for those in Kindergarten - 6th Grade before and after school.
The main Kids Town room is located in the Milaca Public Schools building down the preschool hallway.
Hours of Operation:
Before School: 6:30 A.M. - 8:00 A.M.
After School: 3:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.
Kids Town closes at 6:00 P.M. according to the site clock.
Any parent/guardian arriving after 6:00 P.M. will be assessed a $10.00 fee per child, and then $1.00 per child for every minute after 6:00 P.M.
When school is closed, Kids Town is closed
If school is 2 hours late, Kids Town is 2 hours late (8:30 A.M.)
If school is released 2 hours early due to weather or another related event Kids Town is closed
If after school activities are only cancelled, Kids Town is still open, but only until 5:00 P.M.
Contract Types & Rates:
Registration Fee: $50.00 per family
Consistent Schedule: This contract is for those who have a consistent schedule and will be attending the same days EVERY WEEK!
Before School Rate: $15.00/child
After School Rate: $20.00/child
Pick your Days Schedule: This contract is for those who will be attending every other week or have a variable schedule each week. Schedules are due 14 days in advance for this schedule. (With this type of schedule you are able to go online on the new system and change or put in your schedule two weeks in advance. Once you have been invoiced for the dates, you are NOT able to change the days of those two weeks and you will be charged for the days scheduled regardless of attendance)
Before School Rate: $22.00/child
After School Rate: $28.00/child
Drop In Schedule: This contract is for families who only need occasional care throughout the school year.
Before School Rate: $28.00
After School Rate: $35.00
Billing will now be every two weeks
Automatic payments are REQUIRED
