Baseball/T-ball
DASH Sports Summer Baseball/T-Ball camps provide players with a well-rounded experience in a fun environment. Key elements of throwing, fielding/catching, batting, and baserunning will be taught and practiced, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with a scrimmage on the final day. Athletes should wear sunscreen, bring a water bottle, snack, and a baseball glove (spikes and bats are optional). Baseballs and bats are provided. -

Cheer Camp
DASH Sports Summer Cheer camps provide athletes with an introduction to cheerleading. Campers will learn several cheers with focus on body control, jumping, and proper hand movements. Emphasis will be placed on sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude! Athletes should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle and a snack. -
Elite Shooting Camp
This camp focuses on the entire shooting process for each individual player with intense repetition to master their shooting form. Sessions will have challenges (races and timed) along with detailed training on the shooting process and video footage as needed to breakdown shooting issues. Training will focus on the following areas: removing thumb involvement, elbow placement, footwork, shot ready body, follow through, increasing arc and other areas as needed. -

Milaca Youth Flag Football Camp
Is your child interested in football but not quite ready for full pads and tackling? The Milaca Youth Flag Football Camp is the perfect introduction to the game! This program is designed for young athletes who are new to football and want to learn the basics in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Flag football is a great way to get kids active, build confidence, and spark excitement for the sport before transitioning to tackle football in later years. Practices and games are supervised and coached by Milaca High School staff and players, and the camp serves as a key developmental component of the Milaca Football Program. Players Will: Receive a t-shirt with registration Learn fundamental football skills that translate to both flag and tackle football Gain an understanding of football rules and terminology Build connections and excitement by interacting with current varsity football players Help strengthen the Milaca football program and community All practices and games are played using flags only—no additional equipment is required! Milaca Youth Football League
The Milaca Youth Football Association (MYFA) is gearing up for the 2026 football season! MYFA is a full-contact youth football program with full pads and competes in the East Central Youth Football League. The league emphasizes sportsmanship, team spirit, and strong football fundamentals. Season Details Practices begin August 24th, held three times per week (Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays) 5:30-7:30 PM Once school begins in September, practice will reduce to two times per week (Tuesdays/Thursdays) Games start in September and are played on Saturday mornings MYFA teams will compete against: Ogilvie, Rush City, Pine City, Braham, Hinckley–Finlayson, Mora, and Mille Lacs. Please note that travel is required, and parents/guardians are responsible for transportation to and from all practices and games. Equipment Requirements Players are required to provide their own: Helmet (white in color) Cleats (baseball cleats may also be used for football) Helmets can be expensive, so we recommend starting your search early and checking secondhand options such as Play It Again Sports or Facebook Marketplace. Retailers like Scheels and Dick’s Sporting Goods offer free helmet sizing to help ensure the correct fit before purchasing. Equipment provided by the association (pads and jerseys) will be handed out at the first day of practice. Please arrive 30 minutes early on August 24th for equipment and paperwork. DASH Sports Phys. Ed Games TYKES camp provides participants and introductory experience to the most popular physical education games that may include Sharks and Minnows, Kickball, Capture the Flag, Various Tag Games, soccer, and more! This camp is a perfect experience to get your kiddos involved in athletics! Athletes should bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothing & shoes. (Parent participation is required for the 2-3yr old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group) -

DASH Sports Summer soccer camps provide players a well-rounded soccer experience covering a broad range of soccer skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense) training and skill-based games. Players will be challenged and grouped at an appropriate level while receiving instruction in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with a scrimmage on the final day where athletes can showcase their skills. Athletes should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a snack (spikes and shin guards are optional). Ultimate Frisbee
DASH Sports Summer Ultimate Frisbee camps provide participants with a well rounded experience in a fun environment. Ultimate frisbee is a fun, athletically challenging team sport played with a thrown frisbee. Participants will practice throwing, catching, and general strategy and team-play. This is a fun camp that encourages teamwork. Please bring water, a snack, sunscreen, and wear athletic clothing. -
Volleyball Skills Camp (Grades 3 & 4)
Each day campers will work on the basic fundamental concepts of Volleyball. Movement, Serving, Passing, Setting and Hitting through individual practice and small-sided games. Volley Lites and age-appropriate nets will be used to help the athletes see improvement and success through the week. -

This camp is designed to introduce Track and Field events to students. Students will be taught running form while taking part in races ranging from 50m - 400m, relays, and the 50m hurdles. Students will also gain experience with the high jump, long jump, shot put, and discus. Bring your own water bottle and be dressed for running. You will receive a program T-shirt. -
Wolves Track & Field League
The goal of Wolves Track & Field League is to expose young athletes to Track & Field events, practice their skills, AND compete against other kids from area schools. Students will be instructed on running form while taking part in races ranging from 50m – 800m, relays, and the 50m hurdles. Students will also learn techniques of the high jump, long jump, shot put, and discus. Athletes will also have the opportunity to compete in those events as part of the North Metro Track & Field League, consisting of schools from: Milaca, Princeton, Zimmerman, Elk River, and St. Francis. Bring your own water bottle and be dressed for running. You will receive a program T-shirt.
