Special Olympics Snowshoeing

All skill levels are welcome.  Snowshoes are provided by Milaca Community Special Olympics.  Athletes may use poles, but they are not provided.  Athletes can run or walk during racing events which are held on an oval track.  Athletes will compete at a Regional event at the beginning of February and a State competition in late February.  All athletes must be registered through Special Olympics MN to join this activity.  Registration information can be found at www.somn.org
