Elite Shooting Camp

This camp focuses on the entire shooting process for each individual player with intense repetition to master their shooting form. Sessions will have challenges (races and timed) along with detailed training on the shooting process and video footage as needed to breakdown shooting issues. Training will focus on the following areas: removing thumb involvement, elbow placement, footwork, shot ready body, follow through, increasing arc and other areas as needed.
